The election results are in!
There were 70,044 +/- votes cast by registered Republicans in the state of Maine.
Secretary of State's office reports that Olympia Snowe received 58,979 votes.
Edward Libby received 673 votes.
Leaving 10,392 unaccounted votes. There were no other names reported to the Secretary of States office as receiving votes. Therefore it is our belief under evidence received that not all write in votes were accepted and counted. Therefore it is our belief that of those 10,392 unaccounted for votes, most were cast for our campaign.
We are excited that at the very least one out of every seven Republicans that voted expressed displeasure in the status quo with our incumbent Senator Snowe.
We congratulate her in her victory and we wish her the best in defeating her far left opponent!

Because of confusion and discrepancies in the counting of ballots, we are working with the Secretary of State's Elections Office to rectify and end any confusion in the future.
The important issue is that this state and country has a government of, by, and for the people. As the owners and "bosses" of government, we have the right to have our voices and votes heard. If there is confusion, in election laws it is up to us to make them clear.
We welcome assistance from all individuals regardless of party affiliation to help solve this problem. We need to contact our elected officials to have them straighten out the confusion.
Many have approached me about running for US Senate in 2008. I welcome your opinions and advice. If the people of Maine are behind me, then I will consider another run.
I thank all of you who helped, spoke out, donated, and cast a vote for being active in our future government. It is the responsibility of all citizens to be involved.

of the Second Amendment to the Constitution. I am all for punishing those who chose to break the laws of this country. Federal laws state that any felon caught with a firearm has a mandatory ten year sentence per firearm. I think the court system needs to enforce this, not add new laws to the books.
of State Rights. Our Founding Fathers intended for the Federal Government to be small and secondary to the State Government. I want to put this back into practice. The State Supreme Courts are supposed to be superior to the U.S. Supreme Court. I want to stop activist judges from legislating from the bench.
of building whatever barrier is necessary to keep the illegal aliens from entering the country. I have no problem with legal immigration. We have men and women serving this country in the military to shorten the wait to become a citizen. Why should we cheapen their desire to be citizens by letting law breakers have what they are working hard for?
